Microbial Biotechnology is a new scientific journal, published by Wiley-Blackwell and the Society for Applied Microbiology (UK's oldest microbiological society). The first two issues include research articles, reviews, and web alerts, such as:- Massively parallel pathogen identification using high-density microarrays (research article).
- Metabolically engineered bacteria for producing hydrogen via fermentation (review).
- Renewable fuels. An annotated selection of World Wide Web sites relevant to the topics in Microbial Biotechnology (web alert).
